Food Safety

Food premises are inspected for food hygiene and handling practices, and to ensure food sold is fit for human consumption (as per the Food Act 2001, Food Regulations 2002 and the Food Safety Standards).

If you have recently become involved in the food industry, you are required to complete a Food Business Notification Form and return to Council.  To download the Food Business Notification Form click here.
