Septic Systems

On May 15th, 1995 the approval and inspection of the installation of septic tanks was passed over from the South Australian Health Commission to Local Government. It is now Council's responsibility to ensure that any alteration, addition or new installation meet the requirements of the Public and Environmental Health Act.
