Annual Business Plan

The Annual Business Plan sets out the Council's proposed services, programs and projects for 2012-13.  It aims to maintain efficient services for the community and continue progress towards the long term objectives for the District Council of Grant as set out in the Strategic Management Plan 2009-2013 adopted by Council on 12 July 2010.

Specific objectives for the year are proposed consistent with the Council's long term financial plans to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Council's financial performance and position.
