AE Milstead Health Centre

Community Health runs a nursing clinic at the AE Milstead Centre on THURSDAYS between 1.00 pm and 1.45 pm.

In addition, the Community Health nurses visit residents in the Council's coastal townships on Monday and Thursdays in their own homes and offer the following services:

• wound care;
• home oxygen; and
• nursing assessments.

Home Support Services

Community Health also provide Home Support Services including:

• household planning;
• showering assistance; and
• respite services

available on an as 'needs basis' and residents need to contact Community Health's Home Support Co-ordinator on 8721 1460 for assessment and/or advice.
