Strategic Management Plan

The original Strategic Management Plan was adopted by Council on June 3, 2002 and spanned the years 2002 to 2006.

A review of the Strategic Management Plan was conducted in 2005 resulting in a plan covering the 2005 to 2009.  On 6 July 2009 a further plan was adopted and spanned 2009 to 2013.  This new 2012 to 2016 plan (adopted 21 May 2012) sets out the future direction of Council for the next five years.
