The application may be examined at the Office of the Council located at 324 Commercial Street West, Mount Gambier during normal business hours and any person or body affected may make relevant representations in writing concerning this application to reach the Chief Executive Officer at PO Box 724 Mount Gambier SA 5290 not later than 5.00pm on Friday 8th June 2007.

Each person making a submission should indicate whether that person wishes to appear personally or be represented by another party before the Council in support of that submission.
