Welcome to the District Council of Grant

The District Council of Grant was created on 1 July 1996, following the amalgamation of the District Council of Mount Gambier and Port MacDonnell. It is situated in the South Eastern corner of South Australia and incorporates areas of farming, forestry and coastline.

Saving Water at Allendale

23 April 2008
The District Council of Grant, on behalf of the Allendale East Cricket Club, was successful in receiving $4,050 from the Community Water Grants program to reduce the dependency on ground water for the community club rooms and public toilets.
