Incident Reporting

Users of the Mount Gambier and District Saleyards facility are required to report all hazards, incidents and risks.  

This can be undertaken by:

  1. Contacting the Business Manager Saleyards or Saleyards Team Leader on 08 87256155; and / or
  2. Completing the Incident / Hazard Form.  This form can be printed or can be completed online and submitted to Council.  The forms is available under "Forms - Saleyards".
