The Annual Business Plan and Budget sets out Council's proposed services, programs and projects for the year. It aims to maintain efficient services for the community and continue progress towards the long term objectives for the District Council of Grant as set out in the Strategic Management Plan 2020-2030.
Specific objectives for the year are proposed consistent with the Council's Long Term Financial Plan and Asset Management Plans to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Council's financial performance and position.
