The District Council of Grant has recently received a proposal from the Port MacDonnell Netball Club to redevelop the tennis courts in order to expand and improve the current netball courts. The proposal includes the removal of seven (7) Norfolk Island pine trees, which are located between the respective courts. Council is inviting members of the Port MacDonnell community to cast their vote on the removal of the trees.
Council encourages feedback from both individuals and groups within the Port MacDonnell community who may have an interest in, or who utilise the area. Submissions must be received by 5.00 pm Thursday, 9 September 2021.
